How much does Teno cost?

Teno is a one-time purchase on the App Store. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees.

What devices are supported?

Teno is available on iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

Do my friends need to download Teno to see my itinerary?

No. When you share an itinerary via iMessage, it opens as an App Clip — a lightweight preview that works directly in the conversation. No download required.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App under Settings. Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing support@ambraform.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

When your account is deleted, all associated data — including itineraries, profile information, and any content you've created — is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
